My neighbors landlord is cutting down that dying tree that pisses sap all over my cars. The sun bakes it on. Both cars have the lesions. On top of getting my dream job this year, this is almost better! Hooray!

Congrats. My neighbor has a cottonwood tree that is the bane of my existence. In the spring, is drops sticky sap covered crap all over my cars. Then, it releases the cotton seeds that float around and make t look like it's snowing in May/June. After that it drops little white specks that stick to the paint throughout summer and into the fall. I should of killed that tree when the house went into foreclosure a few years ago. I will regret that until I move or the tree comes down.
